BSNL mobile services disrupted in Rajouri

Even as Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) claiming to provide quality mobile service, is making efforts to expand its network in the rural areas, its services continue to trouble the locals in this frontier township.
The mobile phone service of BSNL remained down for hours together today with subscribers trying hard to connect their near and dear ones within and outside the state.
“You see the difference between BSNL's claims and their service here. There is much difference between its claims and the services they provide,” said Aejaz Ahmed, a resident.
“I am trying a local mobile number for the last half-an-hour but its not getting connected. I am facing the same problem since many days but they (BSNL authorities) are doing least to rectify the problem.”
Sources in BSNL said erratic power supply had affected the mobile services badly.
