Medical camp organised

The Army organised a medical camp at Neakka village here on Monday. People from Neakka and the nearby villages were provided medical treatment.
A defence spokesperson said that the camp provided services of specialists to the villagers. In addition to this, a special veterinary camp was also organised for the livestocks of nearby villages.
The camp was attened by a large number of people. In addition the opportunity was utilised for conducting an awareness camp on AIDS and other communicable diseases followed by counselling on health and hygiene by medical specialists.
